No. A static QR stores its content directly. As long as the link or number you entered is alive, the QR works.

Why is my QR hard to scan?

Keep dots darker than their ground, leave a quiet zone, and print at least 2 × 2 cm. Card mode is more reliable than Blend.

Is my backdrop photo uploaded?

No. Your browser reads and composes the photo itself; nothing leaves your device.
